These terms govern your use of the 2boots website and instant-quote tool.

About our instant quotes

The price shown by our quote tool is an estimate, calculated from the lawn area you trace and the options you choose. It is subject to a brief on-site check. If the measured area differs from your traced area by more than 15%, or if the property differs materially from what we could see, the price may be revised before work begins — we'll confirm any change with you first.

Some properties don't auto-quote (for example multi-unit buildings, or where the lawn can't be clearly seen). In those cases we'll arrange a quick visit to quote accurately.

Records

For each quote you submit, we keep a record of the address, the traced area, the calculated price, and the date. This protects both of us if there's ever a question about what was quoted.

Scheduling & service

Service dates depend on weather and availability. We'll always communicate changes as early as we can.

Email & CASL

We only email people who have asked to hear from us. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), every commercial email we send identifies us and includes a working way to unsubscribe. The standard footer we use:
