The price the tool shows is a real estimate, calculated from the area you trace and the options you choose — not a placeholder. It is subject to a brief on-site check. If the measured area differs from your traced area by more than 15%, or the property differs materially from what we could see, we will confirm any change with you before any work begins.

For most outdoor work — mowing, pressure washing, gutters, staining, and snow — you do not need to be home, as long as we can access the area. Just let us know about gates, pets, or anything we should watch for. For a site visit to quote a deck build, it helps to be there so we can talk through what you want.

Some properties do not auto-quote — for example multi-unit buildings, townhouses or condos, or where the lawn or surface cannot be clearly seen from above. In those cases the tool routes you to a quick site visit so we can quote accurately, and you can always contact us directly.
