2Boots Property Maintenance & Lawn Care ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your property address and the lawn area you outline, to measure and quote the work.
• Contact details you give us (name, email, phone) so we can send your quote and arrange service.
• Basic technical data needed to run the quote tool (e.g. the request needed to load a map image).

Why we collect it

We collect this information for one purpose: to prepare an accurate quote and to contact you about the service you requested. We state this purpose at the point we collect it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

To run the quote tool we use Google Maps Platform (to show a satellite image of your property and locate your address) and an AI provider (to write the plain-English explanation around your already-calculated price). These providers process only what's needed for those functions.

Retention & deletion

We keep quote and contact records only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal or accounting requirements. If your lead is declined or expires, or if you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email bootswork98@outlook.com.
